Q&A Instructions
A glitch, after clicking on New Topic link below, you will the same Q&A and Difference blocks. Look below Diff block to see "Questions for Members and Yes/No persons" header and the "New Topic" button.
1. Copy-n-paste what your question is about from the Member's forum, someones Yes/No forum, or any Member Q&A Dialogue.
2. Then click this link: hit New Topic button and paste your copy in the New Topic box. Remember "new topic" box is below.
3. Put members nicl-(x) number, e.g. nicl-1 or Yes/No persons name in Subject rectangle followed by the subject of question. For a long question, add more at top of Topic box.
4. Remember, an "I agree" or a "this is my last response" ends your part in the dialogue, and the other person gets the last word.
Finally, read and reread the Q&A procedures. They are meant to treat both sides of a Dialogue impartially.
Difference in Forums
1. In the "open to all who register" Community Forums you do not have to answer questions, you can use an anonymous handle, start any topic, respond or not respond as you please.
2. In the Questions for Members forums you have to also register as a member and accept the Member agreements to answer questions from anyone about what you put in your Member Forum.
3.In Yes/No forums, you have to agree to answer questions from anyone about your specific Yes/No only.
4. To be notified of replies in Community Forums check "watch this topic" below topic entry box.
How full member Q&A forums treat both questioner
and Member-Yes/No persons impartially.

Earth's Captain posts their log entries here after first entering on Front Page. Last first with ability for comments? = yes, but questions from anyone seems not appropriate. A log is a record, so comments on factual errors is fine, but why this and that questions, at Captain's discretion. Captaining is a long game.

How do we pick next Captain?
There will be sub forums on specific subjects added to Captain's Log Forum. e.g. How do we pick next Captain?
Right now I have picked who will be my executive officer = next Captain. (Not family, He is a US naval officer. We only met once but he showed his mettle and ability sufficiently in a crux situation.)
Thus who picks the next XO becomes the question. Obviously sitting Captain must have input and choose in emergency; but that can only work for the first succession. So who and how many will be next in line after that?

Cut/n/paste the subject of your question from what I say here in my Full Member forum and copy it into my "Ask ?s of Dan Alter" forum below.
Every Full Member is assigned their own forum. Any full member, including businesses and other organizations, can post anything they like, as long as they keep their agreement to answer questions from anyone about what they say or post in their forum.
This agreement to answer includes any Q&A they participate in including Questions they ask of another Full Member. Businesses and organization must designate one real person to speak for them who must agree to the Full Member agreements. Businesses and orgs can have additional speakers by paying the membership fees for them.
Comments in the general public forums are not subject to Question.
In summary, a Full Member has to answer only questions about what he posts in his forum or his participation in any Q&A ONLY!

Anybody who registers can talk about what is said in any N1CL forum, particularly Full Member forums. Comments on how its said, what is said, and anything else said in any forum are welcomed. Feedback, especially anonymous feedback can be very useful.
We will send a "you have been mentioned" e-mail to any Full Member mentioned by name or n1cl#, and any non- Member Registrant who is mentioned by their registration handle.
No swear words or personal attacks. e.g. "You f-----g moron." is a no no. Repeat it and you will be banned upon verified complaint. But "Your proposal is simple minded, moronic, poorly thought out, etc because....." is fine. In short, attack ideas, not the person.

Find climate change causes & how anything else affects Earth.
To discover the whats & hows that create the 'climate' which keeps Earth alive and us with her. We want 'objective' reports. "Objective facts are eyewitness measurements and observations that can be, and then are confirmed by other honest reporters.". Peer review is done by everybody on the No 1st Cost List. That is the only way a real science can work, since its information is for all of us. The public review starts here in the N1CL public forums. We will incorporate the Q&A here in some form later. Remember here you are not required to answer questions about your post ever. You can use an anonymous handle. This is here we test the waters and look for logical and observational discrepancies. We will see how it goes.

Felonies Committed & Ignored By Our Leaders & How We Bring Them To Justice
Here we point out the crimes our present Three Monkey Society leaders commit and How they use their control of big government and business to avoid prosecuting each other.
We need names, dates, actions and especially inactions on glaring evidence of crimes by leaders and big business. Who the judges are that give them cover. Who are the elected representatives who will not demand the Law be enforced? Who will demand these legislators say they sill so enforce and call them on it when they don't instantly. Above all, we must track Who Gives Them Money ultimately, through which front organizations?
In a society where no one is above the Law, accountability starts at the top, or Liberty and Justice for All die.
Come on fellow citizens, which of you will act in public at the only central place we can meet to do this, the No 1st Cost List.

About Logical & Observational Discrepancies and Creating Scientific Theories.
"Objective Discrepancies" are the necessary means by which scientific theories are improved.
Lets discuss using 'discrepancies', the purpose and method of doing science in public here, and how this creative process works and what affects it.
Here we can also discuss the art and craft of doing science, and what to do about our roadblocks, the professional academics who block public discussion of scientific matters making them roadblocks to discovery. Above all they do not like to admit 'wrong predictions', and so make few predictions, the life blood of advancing scientific knowledge.
