Q&A Instructions
A glitch, after clicking on New Topic link below, you will the same Q&A and Difference blocks. Look below Diff block to see "Questions for Members and Yes/No persons" header and the "New Topic" button.

1. Copy-n-paste what your question is about from the Member's forum, someones Yes/No forum, or any Member Q&A Dialogue.

2. Then click this link: hit New Topic button and paste your copy in the New Topic box. Remember "new topic" box is below.

3. Put members nicl-(x) number, e.g. nicl-1 or Yes/No persons name in Subject rectangle followed by the subject of question. For a long question, add more at top of Topic box.

4. Remember, an "I agree" or a "this is my last response" ends your part in the dialogue, and the other person gets the last word.

Finally, read and reread the Q&A procedures. They are meant to treat both sides of a Dialogue impartially.

Difference in Forums

1. In the "open to all who register" Community Forums you do not have to answer questions, you can use an anonymous handle, start any topic, respond or not respond as you please.

2. In the Questions for Members forums you have to also register as a member and accept the Member agreements to answer questions from anyone about what you put in your Member Forum.

3.In Yes/No forums, you have to agree to answer questions from anyone about your specific Yes/No only.

4. To be notified of replies in Community Forums check "watch this topic" below topic entry box.

and Member-Yes/No persons impartially.

Hi, To forums in column style, about the same
as the gold-eagle.com forum. two columns to
the page, no clutter. On the left the official
Questioner and Answerer, on the right the
peanut gallery where comments etc are make
about the content in the forum on the left
top center a permanet/unique i.d., labeling
the topic under contention. example: "Business 1,233"
lower right an "Escape" Button that always
take one to the same page, where one can
traverse the rest of the site, post to the peanut
gallery. On the lower left a "Post" button that
takes one to a Simple Direct Useable (underlined all)
method of posting to the serious/left hand forum
...and that all you can do on the Post page
except hit an "Escape" button and go to the
"Escape page"
Points: All forum pages look exactly the same
except for the i.d. number,
Point: Only one Escape page
Point: All of the "Post" pages
are exactly the same.
Point: Need a capability where the person
on the "post" page can easily cut and paste
and i.d. from where/when for earlier statements
in the forum by the Answerer. Maybe this
We ourselves chop the statements made earlier
into logical (large) segements then simply
by clicking an empty dot the Questioner (
or anyone ) can automatically copy and paste
that segment (with date stamp) into his current
post.....saves time, and avoids messiness,
and avoids quotes out of context by the Questioner
and doesn't leave the burden of time-stamping
to the Questioner....taken care of automatically.

One suggestion per message. I think it is simpler or you need to separate them better in a post.
