Requirements For A Real Public Testing Place,

so we can quickly verify the truth of what anyone says to all of us in public, especially scientists, public servants, and businesspeople.

First requirement: An agreement to answer by anyone: A list of people, scientists, businesses, governments, etc who will agree to answer questions from anyone about what they say on the N1CL public record.

Second requirement: Anyone can question and ask.

Third requirement: Question & Answer Dialogue Procedures that treat both parties impartially, see bottom of page.

Doing these three things creates a real public place where everyone on Earth can meet to create accurate objective information for potentially everyone, which makes a society of equals before our Laws actually possible.

Without public questioning to catch public misinformation fast we can not become civilized = create real Liberty and Justice for All. Instead we will remain a Three Monkey Society(3MS) and thus for certain die.

1. Prove your honesty by deed.
Answering questions and complaints from anyone shows you, your business, or the government you work for, is honest with the public.

2. A big political benefit.
We can eliminate the Three Monkey Society leaders that govern us now. We can not afford their lies and deliberately bad and incomplete public information anymore.
