Q&A how to use.
1. Copy what your question is about from the Member or Yes/No forums or any Member Q&A Dialogue.

2. Then go to Q&A forum to question a Member or Yes/No person by clicking this link: then hit New Topic button and paste your copy in the New Topic box.

A glitch, after clicking on link above, you will same Q&A and Diff blocks. Don't worry, you did go to Q&A. Look below to see "Questions for Members and Yes/No persons" header and the "New Topic" button.

Our forums module treats Q&A forums and Community forums the same, so I can not get rid of the 'howto' blocks in Q&A forum YET so at first it looks like you did not go anywhere. Fix coming.

3. Put members nicl-(x) number, e.g. nicl-1 in "New Topic" Subject box followed by subject of question.

4. In Q&A Dialogues the "notification box" is automatically checked.

5. Remember, an "I agree" or a "this is my last response" ends your part in the dialogue, and the other person gets the last word.

Finally, read and reread the Q&A procedures. They are meant to treat both sides of a Dialogue impartially.

Thanks rest on giving kind & honest NEGATIVE FEEDBACK about Public Matters. We invented the No 1st Cost List so each of us can do this public duty in a society based on exchange(XC); as everything you use to stay alive, the rest of us produce for you. Question & Answer(Q&A) Dialogue Procedures

Anyone can Become a Member!

Anyone can "Recommend/Not-Recommend, Warn, or Dispute Public Facts". The N1CL calls doing this a "Yes/No"!



Anyone can Question a Member's or Yes/No person's postings!

How Do Entries to N1CL Public Record Work: You have 10 minutes after submission to edit, change, or delete your entry on the N1CL Public Record; then the entry is locked. You can always add more replies to your topic, or an answer in a Q&A dialogue to clarify until the other party answers. Also you can use open to all comment forums first to improve entry.

To Ask a Question: the Questioner and 'the Member or "Yes/No" person' agree to respond in turn, until the Questioner accepts the answer, or they agree to Disagree giving reason(s); using the 'Last Response' mechanism described below.

To move the Q&A Dialogue forward; either can check the "I beg to differ with you with reason(s)" box. Differences are what we are trying to amicably identify and resolve.

There are Four Ways to End a Q&A Dialogue:

1) The Questioner can check "I accept." and say something;

2) the Questioner can Accept by Default by not replying within 36 hour;

3) EITHER on their turn, can check 'this is my last response'; to which the OTHER can Accept by checking "I accept"; Or by Not Replying within 36 hours;

4. After stating reason(s) checks "I Disagree with the Last Response".

Changing an 'acceptance by not replying in time' to an 'I disagree' must be done during next logon.

Non-Members can not be questioned on the N1CL record about their Q&A dialogues with a Member or Yes/No person; but anyone can question their "Yes/No's".

The N1CL Interface's Best Feature

The Automatic Consequence giving users the Public workload each can handle: Unless your Dialogues are current; the N1CL Interface automatically blocks you from asking or being asked a new question.

Except for 'not replying' to a 'this is my last response'; Staying Current is a reply within 36 hours after your notice e-mail is sent. The block is automatically removed when you become current. Except for larger organizations, you can block new questions at any time by stating a reason; e.g. vacation, sick.

Dan: My God Three Monkey Society(3MS) leaders are predictable. The "Hurt Locker" wins best picture. They hate Avatar's message that "we are brutish life destroying exploiters.". Three Monkey Society leaders are just that, brutal life destroying exploiters, and they own the major media lock, stock, and barrel. As the Ice Save vote in Iceland shows, over 98% of us do not want to be forced to pay off someone elses fraudulent stupid loan, most especially crooked loans made by corporations and banks run by 3MS leaders. What they are doing is in your face stealing of innocent people's money and livelihoods, nay they by ignoring and lying, steal any possibility of a civilization based upon equal application of our laws against stealing. The best you can say about a free citizen of a democracy that would put up with that is, not very bright.

Dan: No way I can let us die without a try. Dan: Anyway you slice the E-T warning message: Either they don't know how to do a disconnect; or they do know how. But out of necessity, and morality arises directly from necessity; in either case, a Three Monkey Society(3MS) can not be let loose upon other life bearing planets. The reason is clear why the E-Ts would not under any circumstances show us how to do FTL. 3MS leaders will save themselves, not us. They always put themselves first. The solution is obvious, end our 3MS. Do the do, we must set an example, George is perfect. I, you, the E-Ts want Earth to live, but not as vicious predators.
