The No 1st Cost List enables you to prove you will be Accountable for your Public words and related actions. In short, all of us can find out who will show they are honest in public and who will not. It's easy, all any honest scientist, businessperson, politician, etc, has to do is Agree to answer questions from anyone about what you put on the No 1st Cost List(N1CL) public record using Question & Answer Procedures that treat everyone impartially. My name is Dan Alter. I am a scientist. My wife and I invented the No 1st Cost List so anyone could poke holes in my or any other scientist's public assertions about the nature of our universe. Clearly we need an N1CL to test anyone's public assertions. Without the objective truth we all die. We face a deadly problem. Our Sun will explode this July 16, 2009 unless we act in public to prevent it. Tell your elected representatives about this warning NOW! Under the Question & Answer Procedures just below is a SUMMARY OF WHY WE HAVE A CONSERVATION DEBT MADE OF ANTI-MATTER(A-M), while this link gives a more complete explanation. Q&A procedures are in final test stage before install. Top Story: "The Greatest Sci-Fi Story Ever"; our problem is, it's NOT fiction. A classic plot: A scientist's suppressed theory predicts Earth to be destroyed by our conservation debt made of Anti-Matter(A-M). Unexpectedly, incontrovertible evidence confirms prediction, which theory says can be stopped; yet Leaders ignore Warnings. Scientist figures out a concrete doable plan. Is there a way for our hero scientist to wake up our leaders in time to save Earth? Our story begins with a prediction and an ultimatum. On Method The basic operational purpose of a theory is to show scientists where their testable predictions are wrong, so they can take the difference between what is predicted and what the actual measurements are and improve the theory. Ergo, we are supposed answer questions and challenges to our assertions about how the universe works. Questions please. A Scientist's Challenge Thanks & Aknowledgements A Confirming Prediction The E-Ts warning ritual logically requires a Third & Final Crop Circle Warning on this June 26th We will see by the 27th I expect. Included are some evidence explaining why crop circles are put down by E-Ts. If you are a skeptic, you have not looked at the data. Ultimatum, two conditions 1. With 30 days to go I will start sending out this final warning sequence. I will only answer questions about A-M debt and what must be done to stop 'it', using the N1CL Q&A procedures. 2. Our leaders must meet the requirements described in box below Q&A procedures for me to help with disconnection. This disconnection procedure is very persnickity and the final details depend upon answers to technical questions only the E-Ts, our governments, and our scientists can provide. I predicted our A-M debt theoretically, I recognized the evidence, my family and I have spent over 17 years acting to warn you, I deduced what must be done, it is my plan, so it must by my way or we have no chance of succeeding. Should our leaders not do what is required in time, I am going to spend our remaining time with my family. A comforting observation. The fact our universe is this large proves these 'disconnections' have been done before. We will get one whack at it. That requires public cooperation from our leaders and everyone else. We act together, or we all fry. Do the E-Ts want to help us? The short answer is yes(a prediction). I concluded this is not just a warning ritual by them, but an E-T ritual designed to wake us up so we can smell the ethical roses. They can not want us to die without a try. That would be most unethical. The next plot question: Will our Earth's people and leaders act in time? That is the question. Up to now, I can very safely say that none of you want to talk about this in public or private. Denial can be a real killer. It is a good thing I am old enough to realize you won't act until the last possible second; as once this threat is acknowledged by our leaders, then our Three Monkey Society(3MS) dies after a previously unknown scientist is put in charge who will enforce accountability during the emergency. TIME LEFT TO ACT These Q&As Procedures are designed to treat all of us as equals. You have nothing to be afraid of. Questions Please. Question & Answer(Q&A) Dialogue Procedures Anyone can Become a Member! Anyone can "Recommend/Not-Recommend, Warn, or Dispute Public Facts". The N1CL calls doing this a "Yes/No"!Anyone can Question a Member's or Yes/No person's postings! How Do Entries to N1CL Public Record Work: You have 10 minutes after submission to edit, change, or delete your entry on the N1CL Public Record; then the entry is locked. You can always add more replies to your topic, or an answer in a Q&A dialogue to clarify until the other party answers. Also you can use open to all comment forums first to improve entry.
To Ask a Question: the Questioner and 'the Member or "Yes/No" person' agree to respond in turn, until the Questioner accepts the answer, or they agree to Disagree giving reason(s); using the 'Last Response' mechanism described below. There are Four Ways to End a Q&A Dialogue: 1) The Questioner can check "I accept." and say something; 2) the Questioner can Accept by Default by not replying within 36 hour; 3) EITHER on their turn, can check 'this is my last response'; to which the OTHER can Accept by checking "I accept"; Or by Not Replying within 36 hours; 4. After stating reason(s) checks "I Disagree with the Last Response". Non-Members can not be questioned on the N1CL record about their Q&A dialogues with a Member or Yes/No person; but anyone can question their "Yes/No's".

I don't know yet, but I do know that we really like staying alive. Your desire to stay alive is directly evidenced by my discovery of what all life forms use to how anything affects them for good or ill = an objective measure of value. How to measure "Personal Value" and thus the common good. We are literally unconscious of our true nature = objective physically real spirits who keep our life forms alive by minimizing the time spent obtaining the necessaries for continued life. We have the three objective published pieces of evidence, 1. The BC circle showing us being vaporized, 2. Shoemaker-Levy hitting Jupiter exactly three sidereal years after the BC circle hit the ground, and 3. the ME "Missing Earth" circle. We can combine them in one stark graphic picture of when, how, and what our end looks like. We don't need an E-T circle on the 26th; but it sure would help. We only need one Jupiter on its orbital point when stuck by S-L comet w. the 20 remaining pieces shown and a V on its limb showing where the first piece of S-L hit. We don't need to use the Sun circle at center of BC, nor the two inner concentric rings, they are redundant. All we have to do is put the "one spoke circle" part of the BC centered at Earth's location on July 16 with a ray from Sun going to its center. The "six spoke circle" and the "you are vaporized" symbol can be out between Earth's and Mar's orbital rings in the ME circle. All we have to add is Jupiter's orbital ring. That would make the circle about 460' feet in diameter, assuming the E-Ts use the Missing Earth's original diameter.
