Since the List literally is trying to find our real disagreements on facts and issues; this does not mean we can not Be Courteous to one another, anonymous or not.

The seven conditions below apply to everyone's use of the N1CL.

I, the undersigned, understand that my use of the N1CL will be governed by these seven(7) conditions.

1. Anyone but Full Member registrants can use a handle, but I will only use my legal name on the No 1st Cost List when asked to actually list my name when registering on N1CL, for example when you post a Yes/No; but your name will then be kept private automatically, unless you request otherwise.

As a Full-member or any other kind of registrant who gives their legal name, I understand that after verification of ID by a member, my actual physical address can be defined by personal characteristics (e.g. mother's maiden name etc.) and general location(Texas) if desired. We do not need to know where you are to verify who you are.

2. I will accept the permanent, unique, assigned in turn, n1cl number assigned to me as a Full Member, or in the case that one be issued to you while a non-member as my public N1CL address. I agree not to use any other n1cl number to identify myself publicly or privately.

3. I agree that when I ask a question, post a yes/no, or become a full member, "I swear to speak honestly and seek the truth when I use the N1CL public record.".

4. I agree to respond on the Public Record of the N1CL, in turn to a member's responses to my question, until we reach an agreement to agree on their answer, or disagree with reason(s); using the N1CL agree/disagree mechanism, "described near the top of the N1CL 'Home Operations' page as /question & Answer Procedures"

. a. I understand that no one can ask me a question using the public N1CL Question & Answer (Q&A) procedure about what I ask or say to a member during a Q&A dialogue; unless I am a full N1CL member.

b. I understand that I can not post to the N1CL Public Record, except to post a Yes/No and respond to questioners of that Yes/No, or ask a question and respond in turn during a dialogue I am party to; unless I am a full N1CL member.

The No 1st Cost List(N1CL) Public internet interface creates the only way we can peacefully eliminate the Three Monkey Society leaders that govern us now. We can not afford their lies and bad information anymore.

One thing we know for sure about anyones true statements, the facts contained within or implied are accurate.

The question becomes: How can we quickly verify the truth in what people say in public = to all of us? Only questions from anyone can expose error and lies. Doing this in front of all was impossible before the internet and cheap computer memory. Now everyone can potentially meet simultaneously to hear and question anyones public on the record assertions.

First requirement: Anyone can question and ask.

Second requirement: an agreement to answer: A list of people, businesses, governments, etc who will agree to answer questions from anyone about what they say on the N1CL public record.

Third requirement: Question & Answer Dialogue Procedures that treat both parties impartially.

Doing these creates a real public place for Earth. With the N1CL we can create accurate objective information for potentially everyone, which makes a society of equals before our Laws actually possible.

Enormous personal benefit: It is single place on Earth where you can show everyone you stand behind what you say. In short, prove your honesty to all.



The inventor speaks first. My name is Dan Alter n1cl-1, I am a scientist and I had publication of the fundamental political/economic discovery blocked, so my wife and I invented the N1CL. Now that the N1CL is invented, I assert you can not claim to be a scientist and not be a member of the N1CL.


A thought experiment leads to a Warning about a Preventable catastrophic danger to Earth.

In February 1991 I theoretically predicted that when spirits create and move life forms by splitting base molecules into plus and minus halves, they must put the Anti-Matter half on the other side/surface of our Moebius geometry universe. Eventually our conservation debt comes back striking our Sun, Kaboom. It was just a deductive thought experiment, I had no evidence of any kind.

On February 10, 1992 in a February 1, 1992 Science News article "Geometric Harvest" by Gerard Hawkins, I saw objective evidence that absolutely confirmed my theoretical prediction. It was a picture of Earth being vaporized that could only have been drawn by someones who had seen these events up close from space. Ergo, E-Ts not us. It was the first large complex crop circle, the Barbary Castle.

It was extraordinarily disconcerting. It took me three days to deduce there must be an out, a way to prevent Earth from being vaporized.

Since it can be prevented, I have been warning you ever since.


Last December after seeing Avatar, I finally realized that I was faced with a terrible ethical question. It was the answer to a question that had bothered me from the beginning about the E-T warning ritual. Their warning was absolutely minimal. "Why would they want us to die without a try?" They were life lovers too, they did business here without bothering us, yet no obvious in your face public warning?

The answer is unfortunately obvious. It was because we are a Three Monkey Society(3MS), which makes us criminally insane. Clearly with FTL, we would do to them what we did to the North and South American Indians. Given the simple means of doing faster than light(FTL) star travel, turning a 3MS loose with FTL travel would literally mean other non 3MS FTL planetary societies would be committing suicide. (Yes I can prove how the E-Ts do FTL, and it does not violate going faster than light over the surface of our Moebius Strip Geometry universe.)

My ethical duty is to save life here on Earth.
But the E-T's duty is to other living planets. Since they love life to, then only hard experience would make them choose to let a 3MS die. For sure, we would not listen to them telling us to stop being bad. We have to figure this out for ourselves.

So what can we do to show them we have stopped being a 3MS? Only an election and a public cry directly to them for help. That is the only way I see out of this dilemma.

We must have their help now, we need two working interplanetary FTL ships as it is probably too late to build them ourselves.

THEREFORE, the only way I or the E-Ts can ethically help disconnect our conservation debt made of Anti-Matter(A-M) is for Earth's citizens to show by DEED IN PUBLIC that we have ended being a Three Monkey Society. That means our leaders must start Using the N1CL right now; so we can demonstrate publicly we are not a 3MS anymore.

The second public purpose of the N1CL[/b], and arguably its biggest benefit, is to stop forevermore our sworn leaders from committing the most heinous crime possible in any democracy: When any sworn leader ignores, tolerates, covers-up, or helps any other sworn leader commit a felony.

Scientific background to the Warning

"Objective facts" are eyewitness measurements and observations that are confirmed by other honest reporters. Thus "Objective facts" can only be created by two or more honest people. Since science is for all of us, this must mean negative or positive public feedback from anyone who sees "logical and observational discrepancies" in any scientist's public assertions. How else can our reports and theories be confirmed, improved, or disproved?

I, Dan Alter, made a fundamental scientific discovery in 1985. What "objective" measure of value that we spirits/souls all must and do use to keep our life forms alive. Presently here on Earth, almost always unconsciously. How to measure personal value and thus the common good. We unconsciously value(logically order) any piece of information we perceive through this measure. Thus knowing consciously what it is and how we use it must serve as the 'objective' causal premise for a scientific Grand Unification Theory.

It is a measure that by construction, assumes a conserved universe: One unit of time per unit of time alive, and no take backs.

In a conserved universe, we spirits must create a conservation debt made of Anti-Matter to keep our life forms alive. The only two questions that matter now are: 'when does the debt came due?', and 'can we disconnect from it?'. The answer to doing a disconnection is, of course, yes. God always gives us a final out. Doing a disconnection means we go faster than light(FTL) to the other side of the Sun. Should my prediction of how to do FTL be true, then it is simple to do and within our technological capabilities, and certainly the E-Ts capabilities.

One of the N1CL's highest services is to Objectively Verify or Disprove warnings of danger to Earth or anybody on Earth.


Our public dialogue starts with someone asking the first question: Questions please.(As of 05-16-10 not a single question about anything I have said from a stranger in the over 5 years that the N1CL has been operational. My oh my.)

I am a scientist. I have sworn to tell the truth on this public record.

I have a fearful prediction for the rest of you to confirm. At first, it was just a theoretical prediction with no objective evidence supporting it; but since 1992, a series of published scientific reports have verified every single causal link in the underlying theory, and now we there is a way to conclusively confirm the theories' ultimate conclusion.

For life to exist on a planet, we objectively real spirits must create a planetary conservation debt made of Anti-Matter(A-M) when we make our life forms move. Our spirits put our A-M debt onto the other side of our Moebius Strip Geometry Universe. Eventually a planet's conservation debt comes back to Earth striking our Sun, or it must be consciously disconnected. Our public choice.

Most present scientists deny that our life forms are driven by objectively real spirits, and they also believe that Einstein's Relativity Theory shows there is no base "frame of reference" that tie all other personal "reference frames" together. As we will see, both assertions are proven wrong when it is shown that we have an A-M conservation debt.

The crucial piece of proof that we are, in fact spirits, is that the E-Ts warning message shows exactly how our conservation debt made of Anti-Matter strikes our Sun, vaporizing Earth, leaving an Afterglow of expanding cooling gases. These afterglows were first seen by the Hubble after a 1997 Long Term Gamma Blaster(LTGB). Now we have seen many more afterglows after a LTGB occurs = vaporized life bearing planets.

The E-T public warning is a chilling four or five part message that includes two famous crop circles. The first was the "Barbary Castle" placed down on July 17, 1991 at 1:45 AM UTC that shows us how we are vaporized and the 'afterglow' that follows. It was followed exactly to the minute three years later by the Shoemaker-Levy comet that struck Jupiter on July 16, 1994(leap year) at 20:13 PM UTC. The third part of the E-T warning was the 'Missing Earth" crop circle On June 26, 1995 showing an asteroid conjunction.

The remaining parts of the E-T's warning message are one or probably two asteroid conjunction(s)' that can not occur naturally' = "must be caused by someones not from Earth". We will know which possibility after our astronomers look.

Read carefully, think, consider carefully, then act. Everyone's life depends upon our acting consciously and swiftly in public.

Predicted Conjunction(s)
When the asteroid conjunction shown in the 'Missing Earth" occurs on July 16, 2009, there will be a second conjunction on July 16, 2012 which decisively sums up the E-T's message.

Should the asteroid conjunction occur on July 16, 2012, then we will not get a second conjunction, and we will have to use other measurements to determine exactly when.

Confirming that one or both of these 'must be caused' asteroid conjunctions exists confirms that the message must be from E-Ts, since we Earthlings can not move asteroids into conjunction. Read More.

How Do Entries to N1CL Public Record Work: You have 10 minutes after submission to edit, change, or delete your entry on the N1CL Public Record; then the entry is locked. You can always add more replies to your topic, or an answer in a Q&A dialogue to clarify until the other party answers. Also you can use open to all comment forums first to improve entry.

To Ask a Question: the Questioner and 'the Member or "Yes/No" person' agree to respond in turn, until the Questioner accepts the answer, or they agree to Disagree giving reason(s); using the 'Last Response' mechanism described below.

To Forward The Q&A Dialogue; either can check the "I beg to differ with you with reason(s)" box.

There are Four Ways to End a Q&A Dialogue:

1) The Questioner can check "I accept." and say something;

2) the Questioner can Accept by Default by not replying within 36 hour;

3) EITHER on their turn, can check 'this is my last response'; to which the OTHER can Accept by checking "I accept"; Or by Not Replying within 36 hours;

4. After stating reason(s) checks "I Disagree with the Last Response".

Changing an 'acceptance by not replying in time' to an 'I disagree' must be done during next logon.

Non-Members can not be questioned on the N1CL record about their Q&A dialogues with a Member or Yes/No person; but anyone can question their "Yes/No's".

The N1CL Interface's Best Feature

The Automatic Consequence giving users the Public workload each can handle: Unless your Dialogues are current; the N1CL Interface automatically blocks you from asking or being asked a new question.

Except for 'not replying' to a 'this is my last response'; Staying Current is a reply within 36 hours after your notice e-mail is sent. The block is automatically removed when you become current. Except for larger organizations, you can block new questions at any time by stating a reason; e.g. vacation, sick.

Dan: Eq: We locate ourselves between two boundaries with a 'no can go direction' and a preferred direction on or ahead of M surface. M twists back on itself forced by 'no can go direction' = violate conservation. Prefered direction is towards a 'split', a replication by sub-division; but subdivision does not catch what is going on. When a M divides it expands in circuference and surface area. Maybe call the process 'expand by division' while not fiolating conservation with respect to base input.

Dan: I have spent the last year trying to get out of doing this disconnection with a whole heart like my "we are too bad to live" ala Avatar. We make our future always, that is what staying alive requires. Dan: Why does BP well still leak? Since they expected 9000 psi after capping well, but got 6450 psi rising slowly to 7000 pse; then there are three possibilities. 1. a leak with a grindup from bottom that reduces weight of oil/gas in well bore above intake; 2. no leak, but field pressure is increasing; 3. A leak, but rock formation is gradually sealing itself off implying exponential pressure increase as formation seals off. The second possibility, field pressure increasing gradually seems unlikely in any biotic field, where 2#psi per hour would be fast I would think. Whereas an abiotic field = very very large would be constant implying possibility one = A big leak!!
