On November 4, 1988 Ronald Reagan signed into Law the Genocide Convention while the Universal Declaration of Human Rights has yet to be ratified by the USA along with Five other pariah states like China, Sudan. The Genocide Convention is the way to start bringing mass murderers to Justice like my states Governor Jay Inslee. 1. The List was started in Washington State and is business licensed in Seattle from 1986. Seattle is my home and when local citizenship matters, I can prove standing. 2. People act illegally, not abstractions like a government. People can shed their responsibility for their actions using any line of BS like claiming the "state" or "I was just following orders" made me do it. Those excuses do not work for Genocide, which is ordering many, many First Degree Murders. As Nuremberg, the Genocide Convention, and soon in the USA, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights established, the "I was just following orders" is a one way ticket to the gallows. Since billions of lives are at IMMEDIATE stake, then this lawsuit must be filed and heard ASAP. I know I am not alone in my desire for swift and certain Justice; so who is going to help starting with some honest lawyers to organize this pronto? The List is a perfect venue for a private way to organize these Lawsuits. The List will donate the server space to do so. Deeds speak, talks cheap.
