Members/Reporters agree to answer about what they say in any Q&A they participate in.

Businesses and organization must appoint someone(s) to speak for them who must agree to the Full Member agreements by paying the membership fees for them.

Comments in the general public forums are not subject to Question.

In summary, a Full Member/Reporter has to answer only questions about what they posts in their forum or their participation in any Q&A ONLY, except businesses must answer for anything else said on the N!CL!
